Google’s New Logo Design Adapts for Devices

In the official ‘G-spot’ blog post announcement Google stated the new logo was inspired by the variety of ways users access Google’s products. “These days, people interact with Google products across many different platforms, apps and devices—sometimes all in a single day. You expect Google to help you whenever and wherever you need it, whether it’s on your mobile phone, TV, watch, the dashboard in your car, and yes, even a desktop!”

The new Google logo comes in distinct flavors that changes depending on the device of the user and the Google application of the user. The new logo takes into account that users no longer access the Google products on desktops but now on small devices mobile devices and internet of things such as a car dashboard.

With the new logo, Google says it will change to make it easier for user to ‘shows you how Google is working for you.’
